False advertising

My wife ordered the Swirly Seahorse advertised at “approximately 5.5 inches high” when we received the product I measured just ver 3 inches. Contacted Ocean Wave and was told that they were sorry for my dissatisfaction with the product.

This was a beautiful little figurine, I was thrilled when I received it. Makes my bathroom complete. I was especially impressed with the secure packaging that was done as I work for the postal service and things need to be very secured. I will definitely be ordering more from this site. Thank you!
